Campbell Athletics | Buies Creek, North Carolina About Us Peak Sports MGMT is a third-party multimedia rights and revenue partner for college athletic departments across the country. In partnership with Campbell Athletics, our team is responsible for generating revenue through corporate partnerships and ticket sales while building strong relationships with businesses, fans, donors, and members of the local and regional community. We are building a high-performance revenue organization inside college athletics. That requires accountability, organization, disciplined execution, strong customer service, and a clear focus on supporting measurable revenue growth. Position Overview The Manager of Sales and Service will support both the corporate partnership and ticket sales operations for Campbell Athletics. This position will work directly under the Director of Sales and Service and the Director of Ticket Sales, helping both departments stay organized, execute effectively, and deliver a high-quality experience for partners and ticket holders. This is a cross-functional role that combines partnership fulfillment, ticket sales support, customer service, reporting, event execution, database management, and revenue operations. The Manager will play an important role behind the scenes by helping manage the details, processes, and follow-through required to support both sponsorship and ticket revenue. While the position may assist with outbound sales, lead generation, renewals, and account growth, its primary responsibility is to support the overall operation and ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Success will be measured by organizational effectiveness, fulfillment accuracy, customer and partner service, reporting discipline, event execution, and the ability to support revenue-producing activity across both corporate partnerships and ticket sales. What You'll Own Support the Director of Sales and Service with corporate partnership fulfillment, account management, reporting, and activation. Support the Director of Ticket Sales with ticket sales operations, customer service, lead management, reporting, and campaign execution. Help coordinate and fulfill contracted corporate partnership assets across digital, social, in-venue, hospitality, signage, promotional, and experiential platforms. Maintain accurate records of partnership deliverables, activation timelines, approvals, and completion status. Assist with the preparation of sponsorship proposals, presentations, recaps, renewal materials, and partner reports. Help manage communication with corporate partners regarding approvals, activation details, hospitality, event logistics, and fulfillment needs. Support ticket sales campaigns through lead organization, outbound outreach, follow-up, customer communication, and database management. Assist with group sales, season tickets, renewals, individual-game sales, and other ticket revenue initiatives as assigned. Respond to ticket holder and partner questions with professionalism, urgency, and strong attention to detail. Maintain accurate information within CRM, ticketing, reporting, and partnership management systems. Help build and organize prospect lists for both corporate partnership and ticket sales initiatives. Track sales activity, fulfillment progress, customer interactions, campaign results, and other key performance metrics. Prepare regular reports and updates for the Director of Sales and Service, Director of Ticket Sales, and Peak Sports MGMT leadership. Coordinate hospitality experiences, partner events, ticketed events, game-day activations, and other departmental initiatives. Assist with game-day setup, execution, troubleshooting, and post-event follow-up. Work with Campbell Athletics staff and internal Peak Sports MGMT stakeholders to keep projects, campaigns, and activations moving forward. Identify gaps, delays, or operational concerns and communicate them before they affect the partner or customer experience. Support renewal, upselling, and retention efforts by helping identify account needs, usage trends, and additional revenue opportunities. Assist with other sales, service, fulfillment, and operational responsibilities as needed across the department. Operate with a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, organization, and follow-through. Is comfortable using CRM, ticketing, reporting, and project-management systems. Wants exposure to multiple areas of college athletics revenue operations. Is willing to take on a broad range of responsibilities and help wherever the department needs support. This role is a strong fit for candidates coming from ticket sales, sponsorship fulfillment, customer service, account management, event operations, sales support, revenue operations, or other environments where success depends on organization, communication, execution, and attention to detail. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sports management, communications, or a related field. Experience in ticket sales, corporate partnerships, customer service, account management, event operations, sales support, or another related area is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects, accounts, and events simultaneously. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accurate execution. Ability to work effectively under multiple department leaders and manage competing priorities. Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and other business software. Ability to communicate professionally with corporate partners, ticket holders, business leaders, and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly and effectively when issues arise. Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a cross-functional team. Willingness to assist with outbound sales, lead generation, renewals, and revenue-support activities as needed. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and event days as required within a college athletics environment. A background in sports is preferred but not required.
