Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help generate new pressure washing leads and booked jobs in local neighborhoods. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, personable, coachable, and willing to work hard. You will be the first face many customers see, so your job is to represent Raleigh Power Wash with excellence, kindness, and clear communication. Responsibilities Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods Introduce Raleigh Power Wash services to homeowners Identify homes that may need house washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, gutter cleaning, or other exterior services Use a simple sales script and follow-up process Collect customer information and submit qualified leads Book estimates or jobs when possible Place yard signs or door hangers where approved Track daily activity, leads, and booked jobs Communicate clearly with the sales and office team Represent the company's mission, values, and standards with excellence What We're Looking For The right person is: Humble — willing to learn and receive coaching Honest — trustworthy with customers and the team Hardworking — willing to knock doors consistently Hungry — motivated to grow, earn, and help the company win Comfortable talking with new people Positive, professional, and respectful Able to handle rejection without quitting Organized enough to track leads and follow up Aligned with our mission to create jobs, make disciples, and serve the city Preferred Qualifications Previous sales experience is helpful but not required Door-to-door, roofing, pest control, solar, lawn care, or home service sales experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Smartphone required Strong communication skills Compensation Commission-based pay Earn commission on door-to-door sales Growth opportunities available for proven performers Top performers may have opportunities to move into sales leadership, estimating, or other roles within the company Schedule Flexible part-time or full-time opportunities Best knocking times are typically afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays Seasonal opportunity with strong earning potential during peak months Why Join Raleigh Power Wash?
