Protect 1 Family is hiring a Field Sales Representative to develop new business with small and mid-sized companies throughout the Cary area. You'll work directly with business owners and decision-makers, introducing workplace benefits and helping companies make these options available to their employees. The position combines new business development with ongoing client relationships, giving you the opportunity to grow your own book of business within an assigned territory. This is an active, in-person sales role that involves visiting local businesses, generating new opportunities, and managing your client relationships. We provide structured training, ongoing sales support, and opportunities for professional advancement. What You'll Be Responsible For Develop new business relationships with small and mid-sized companies throughout your assigned territory Meet with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to introduce workplace benefit solutions Schedule and conduct business presentations and employee benefit enrollments Generate new opportunities through direct prospecting, referrals, and local networking Build and maintain relationships with clients while managing appointments and follow-up through our CRM Participate in weekly team meetings, ongoing training, and sales development Compensation & Career Development First-year earnings range of $72,000-$115,000, with additional performance-based incentives including monthly cash and stock bonuses Structured onboarding and hands-on training with experienced sales professionals Continued coaching, sales training, and professional development Advancement opportunities based on individual performance and achievement Quarterly and annual incentives, including company-sponsored trips and additional bonuses Increasing flexibility in managing your schedule as you establish your territory and client base Company recognition and awards celebrating individual achievements Who We're Looking For We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds and don't require previous sales experience.
