You will conduct sales meetings, track sales metrics, and help your team overcome objections. The Entry Level Team Lead will also manage their own sales territory, keeping their skills sharp. This leadership role balances personal sales targets with team development. As an Entry Level Team Lead, you'll receive leadership training to master AT&T Fiber's features, team management techniques, and sales best practices, ensuring you can lead your team effectively in Raleigh. After training, the Entry Level Team Lead will guide their sales team in promoting AT&T Fiber's cutting-edge connectivity through in-person sales engagement. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Lead Lead by example by engaging in person with customers and demonstrating effective ways to present AT&T Fiber high-speed internet solutions. Mentor team members on building rapport and successfully recommending AT&T Fiber's symmetrical speeds and reliability. Drive team sales by identifying coaching opportunities and helping representatives close more AT&T Fiber sales. Support team development by sharing practical techniques for presenting AT&T Fiber to residential customers. Maintain strong service standards while assisting the team in turning customer interest into AT&T Fiber activations. Contribute to success by balancing leadership support with active participation in AT&T Fiber sales efforts. Qualifications of an Entry Level Team Lead Passionate about leadership or sales is a plus, no prior experience required. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to coach others in service excellence. Visionary yet practical approach to team development and performance. Passion for mentoring and helping team members reach their full potential.
