This role focuses on in-home consultations with residential homeowners, helping them select high-quality window and door solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and curb appeal. The majority of appointments are company-provided leads, with some opportunity and expectation for light self-generated business. This is a W-2 position offering strong support, premium benefits, and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home sales consultations with residential homeowners Educate customers on window and door products, features, and installation processes Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Accurately measure openings and document project requirements Prepare and present professional quotes and proposals Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain strong customer relationships Maintain accurate records in the company CRM Occasionally self-generate leads through referrals, networking, and local presence Represent the company professionally in customers' homes and in the community
Qualifications:
Proven success in residential in-home sales (home improvement experience preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for homeowner appointments Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently while following structured sales processes Professional appearance and demeanor
