Overview STITCH Golf is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow our business across Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., Delaware, and West Virginia. The ideal candidate will reside in Virginia and have a passion for golf, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in outside sales. Responsibilities include developing new business, servicing existing green grass and resort accounts, presenting seasonal product lines, managing customer relationships, conducting sales meetings and events, and driving territory growth across apparel, golf bags, travel gear, and accessories. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, willing to travel extensively throughout the territory, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while representing the STITCH brand. Golf industry experience is preferred but not required.

Essential Responsibilities Position Summary:
As a Stitch Sales representative you are responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships that provide unparalleled customer experience. Self-driven, motivated individual who is accountable for achieving goals and company objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
- Visiting customers and booking orders for future and at once business
- Event business participation i.e. trunk shows, tournaments, special events, etc.
- Timely email and phone call returns to both customers and colleagues
- Positive promotion of Stitch Golf Products
- Order entry
- Scheduling of customer appointments, effective presentations
- General product knowledge and attention to detail
- Follow through on commitments
- Punctual and professional demeanor Work with Stitch team members with the common goal to ultimately best serve the customer. Maintain a disciplined approach towards overall company profitability and creating shareholder value. Perform other company related duties as assigned.
Compensation:
- This is a 1099 commission-based role with annual target sales goals. 1st year compensation is anticipated to be approximately $60,000
- 90,000 with room to grow.
