What this role really is This is not a traditional retail role — it's a consultative sales position focused on helping customers find real relief. You're sitting across from someone in pain — foot, knee, or back — and helping them improve how they feel every day. A typical day looks like this: You greet a customer, sit down with them, and walk through a structured, 45-minute consultation. You ask questions, understand their lifestyle, and guide them toward a solution. Some people walk in skeptical. Many walk out relieved.
