Job Description

Job Summary We're looking a motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Representative to service and grow retail accounts within an assigned territory. The Route Sales Representative is responsible for visiting smoke shops, convenience stores, vape shops, and other retail customers to sell and deliver products, maintain strong customer relationships, increase sales, and identify new business opportunities. This position combines sales, merchandising, customer service, and route management to ensure customers receive exceptional support and inventory solutions. Responsibilities Service existing retail accounts on an established sales route. Present and sell smoke shop products, accessories, novelties, and related merchandise. Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing decision-makers. Generate new business by prospecting and opening new retail accounts. Take customer orders and ensure accurate delivery of products. Merchandise products and maintain attractive product displays. Monitor inventory levels and recommend restocking solutions. Introduce new products, promotions, and special offers to customers. Collect payments and maintain accurate sales records when required. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Maintain route schedules and complete daily sales reports. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace Perform inventory counts and help monitor stock levels Safely handle fragile glass items and small accessories Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (training provided) Follow company safety, delivery, and quality-control standards Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed Experience Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred A valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Attention to detail, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer or scanner skills Must be 21+ Qualifications Previous outside sales, route sales, wholesale distribution, or retail experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift and transport product samples and inventory. Proficiency with mobile devices, sales apps, and order-entry systems. Knowledge of smoke shop, vape, convenience store, or specialty retail markets is a plus. Preferred Skills B2B sales experience. Territory management experience. Customer retention and account growth. Merchandising and inventory management.

$18.00 per hour
