Job Description

Sales Operations Coordinator Workwolf on behalf of client Full-time In-Office | Huntersville, NC, United States The Opportunity Workwolf is recruiting for a Sales Operations Coordinator who is responsible for supporting field offices nationwide by managing inventory, preparing and shipping equipment, maintaining operational supplies, and assisting with basic technology setup. This role plays a critical part in ensuring new hires and field teams receive the tools and resources needed to be successful. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with technology, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inventory & Logistics Management:
Maintain inventory of company equipment, supplies, and promotional materials. Prepare and ship equipment and onboarding materials to offices nationwide. Coordinate the timely distribution of employee badges, apparel, promotional items, tablets, etc. Track shipments and ensure accurate delivery of all materials. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. Maintain accurate records of equipment assignments and inventory usage. Transport and coordinate the cleaning of returned employee apparel and promotional gear to ensure materials remain in good condition and available for future use. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Technology & Equipment Support:
Configure and prepare tablets and other company devices for employee use. Install and update required applications and software on company devices. Perform basic troubleshooting and support for tablets and related technology. Assist with device tracking, returns, and replacements. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding equipment needs.
Onboarding & Field Support:
Prepare onboarding kits for new employees and contractors. Ensure offices receive all necessary equipment and materials before campaign launches and office openings. Provide timely support to office managers and field leadership regarding operational needs and supply requests. Support special projects and nationwide operational initiatives
Administrative & Office Management Support:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions at the corporate office. Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and common area necessities. Coordinate office maintenance requests and vendor services. Assist with facility organization and ensure office spaces remain clean, organized, and professional. Serve as a point of contact for office-related questions and operational needs. Generate reports related to inventory levels and equipment distribution.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, shipping, warehouse operations preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Basic technical proficiency and experience setting up tablets, mobile devices, or computer equipment. Experience with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move inventory throughout the workday (packages up to 50 lbs.) Ability to work at a computer and use shipping systems for extended periods. What's in it for you?
