This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up. Prospect, qualify, and convert new and returning customers into vehicle buyers Deliver a consultative sales experience focused on customer needs and retention Close retail vehicle deals to meet/exceed gross profit and volume targets Manage follow-up, finance referrals, and post-sale customer satisfaction Maintain accurate CRM records and comply with dealership processes and compliance Previous experience in a quota-driven sales role. Must be open to working weekends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.
