WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

This is a professional sales position. You will connect with homeowners, uncover roofing concerns, and guide them toward inspections and next steps.

You will:

Generate conversations with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods Identify signs of storm or age-related roof damage Coordinate and attend inspections with experienced team members Help homeowners understand timelines and insurance procedures Participate in weekly performance and skill development sessions Your confidence and income grow with each appointment.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

Sales Representative:

$6,000-12,000 per month

Senior Producer:

$9,000-18,000 per month

Sales Manager:

$250,000+ annually
