  • Full-time, Contract Overview We're hiring a Sales Account Representative to recruit, onboard, and grow a network of channel partners (dealers, system integrators, and distributors). This role is responsible for turning partners into active, revenue-generating accounts and expanding their footprint over time. Responsibilities
  • Identify and target qualified channel partners (integrators, dealers, distributors)
  • Conduct outbound outreach and relationship development
  • Evaluate partner fit (market, capability, vertical focus, revenue potential)
  • Negotiate and execute partner agreements
  • Guide new partners through onboarding process
  • Coordinate training (product, sales, technical)
  • Identify pipeline opportunities within partner accounts
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned partners
  • Maintain regular communication (calls, visits, QBRs)
  • Support deal strategy and closing
  • Provide partners with sales tools, collateral, and campaigns
  • Support co-marketing, tradeshows and field events
  • Deliver feedback from partners to internal teams
  • Support first deals (demos, proposals, pricing guidance)
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and retention
Travel :
25% or more Qualifications
  • 2•5 years in sales, business development, or channel sales•Experience working with dealers, integrators, or resellers•Strong communication and relationship-building skills•Ability to manage multiple partner accounts•Proven track record of building and scaling dealer or distributor networks
Pay:
Base Salary + Tiered account sales bonus
