Job Description

About PSI PSI-Polymer Systems is a global leader in polymer melt filtration and extrusion support equipment. We work closely with processors to improve efficiency and performance through high-quality equipment and strong technical support. Position Overview We're looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to grow and manage a defined territory. This role focuses on building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving equipment sales in a technical, industrial environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience and strong mechanical or technical aptitude who is interested in learning and growing within the polymer processing industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage customer relationships within an assigned territory
  • Prospect new accounts and grow existing business
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations) to support sales
  • Track opportunities and customer activity using CRM (HubSpot)
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to support long-term relationships
  • Travel within the territory to meet with customers and support sales efforts What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of sales, technical sales, or related experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Mechanical aptitude or ability to learn technical products
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the territory Preferred (but not required)
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or capital equipment sales
  • Exposure to polymer processing, extrusion, or similar industries
  • Experience working with CRM systems What Success Looks Like
