We pioneered a simple but powerful concept: delivering a low-cost, high-margin, hot-and-fresh mini donut program that seamlessly "bolts on" to existing foodservice operations — from C-stores and contract management groups to theme parks, arenas, family entertainment centers, and more. Nearly four decades later, our mission remains the same: help operators drive incremental revenue with a proven, turnkey program that customers love. We're growing — and we're looking for a driven sales professional to grow with us. The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate our expansion across North America. This is a high-impact role for a hunter who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, closing deals, and representing a brand that delivers real ROI to operators. You'll manage the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to closing and onboarding — while helping operators add a proven revenue stream to their business.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation:
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Full Sales Cycle Management:
Own the process from initial outreach to closing.
Strategic Selling:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
CRM Management:
Track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate reporting.
Presentations & Demos:
Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations.
Trade Conferences & Events:
Represent the brand at industry conferences and trade shows (30-55% travel required). Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or related field Food Service Experience Preferred Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Associate's degree or greater in business, Marketing, or related field preferred Willingness to travel 30%-55% Why Join Us?
