Go-To-Market (GTM) Representative Durham, NC Job Details Full-time $55,000 a year 9 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Unlimited paid time off Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Research CRM system proficiency Full Job Description Go-To-Market (GTM) Representative Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Go-To-Market (GTM) Representative to drive pipeline generation through a combination of inbound and outbound prospecting efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is energized by hitting and exceeding measurable goals. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Pipeline Generation Execute a balanced strategy of outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and inbound lead follow-up Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked meetings for the sales team Identify and target high-value accounts through research and strategic outreach Maintain consistent activity levels to meet and exceed monthly meeting quotas Meeting & Quota Ownership Own a monthly quota for qualified meetings set with target prospects Track performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure meetings meet qualification standards Events & Conferences Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events Engage prospects in person and generate new business opportunities Conduct pre-show and post-show follow ups to convert conversations into scheduled meetings Collaboration & Feedback Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and market trends Contribute to continuous improvement of GTM processes and playbooks Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or GTM role Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person) Comfortable with both outbound outreach and inbound lead engagement Experience using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo.ai) Willingness to travel for conferences and events Success Metrics Monthly quota of qualified meetings set Conversion rates from inbound and outbound efforts Pipeline contribution and event-driven opportunities What We're Looking For Self-starter with a results-driven mindset Highly organized and able to manage multiple channels of outreach Confident, personable, and comfortable engaging prospects both virtually and in person Resilient and motivated by hitting targets Outgoing personality that can work a room or show floor What We're Offering $55,000 base with $90,000 OTE Unlimited PTO, within reason Medical, Dental and Vision benefits package
