Role:

The Sales role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between the sales team and to drive business growth and operational efficiency by meeting sales goals while providing the best experience to our clients. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues. Ultimately, the position contributes to enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of day to day operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, but not required Prior sales experience Basic Computer skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet Clients Provide a positive first impression, guide them through the salon, and answer questions about services and products Process sales orders accurately, processing payments, cash handling Advise clients on the best tanning packages, beds, skin care, and safe tanning practices. Do a daily inventory product count Maintain proper sanitation of all the spa and tanning rooms Know how to operate and instruct clients on proper use of all equipment Maintain and achieve individual sales goals
