We are seeking an experienced Auto Sales Consultant to drive our dealership's success by providing exceptional customer service and expert vehicle sales guidance. In this role, you will leverage your extensive automotive knowledge and sales expertise to connect with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help build lasting relationships, grow our sales pipeline, and elevate the overall customer experience. Negotiate deal terms effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while upselling additional features or services to maximize revenue. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, including follow-up support post-sale to foster loyalty and referrals. Utilize phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive dealership impression at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales, preferably within a dealership environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency with CRM software for managing customer data, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects efficiently. We are a 1 price store, so you don't need to negotiate price. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. (not required) Strong communication skills including speaking, phone etiquette, and active listening to understand customer needs thoroughly.
