What You'll Do:
- Drive sales performance by promoting and selling consumer packaged goods (CPG) products and merchandising within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders to drive in store sales growth.
- Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
- Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
- Manage assigned territory through effective routing and prioritization.
- Communicate sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
- Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products sold and new product launches.
- Keep management informed of store issues, competitive activity, and market trends.
- Ensure full product distribution and display in all assigned accounts.
- Document and report activities, including sales results, merchandising, and store observations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
- Ability to work independently under remote supervision with integrity and professionalism.
- Physical ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
- Must be willing to transport required materials.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: outside sales, CPG industry, retail or field sales, and/or territory/route sales & merchandising.
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills are required.
