We specialize in residential roofing, storm damage restoration, and insurance claims, and we're building a sales team that wants to win. The Opportunity This isn't a desk job. If you thrive talking to people, hate having a ceiling on your income, and want to be rewarded for your hustle, this role was built for you. Our reps don't just make a living. They build wealth. This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning. Here's the honest math: average commission runs about $1,500 per deal on the low end and $3,500-$5,000 on the high end, with bigger deals beyond that. The harder and smarter you work, the more you make. There is no cap. No roofing experience? No problem. We train everything. What we can't train is drive. What You'll Do Canvass neighborhoods and knock doors in your territory Meet with homeowners, assess roofs, and present solutions Guide clients through the insurance claims process Close deals and manage your pipeline What We're Looking For Strong communicator who's comfortable talking to strangers Self-starter who doesn't need to be babysat Comfortable working outdoors and getting around a property Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Commission-hungry mindset Why Monaco We're young, founder-led, and growing fast, which means you get in on the ground floor.
