Flooring Industry Salary:
$40,000 annually +
Full Benefits Position Overview Hours:
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented to support the operations of established buying groups within the flooring industry. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in Salesforce CRM management , B2B account support, and sales administration. The successful candidate will serve as the administrative and communication hub between buying group members, suppliers, and internal teams—ensuring accurate data, strong relationships, and smooth execution of pricing programs and group initiatives. This is not a retail or cashier role. The position requires inbound and outbound phone and email communication with business accounts, CRM‑driven sales support, and administrative coordination in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for buying group members and suppliers Maintain, audit, and update all group and member data in Salesforce , ensuring accuracy and consistency Manage new account setup, onboarding workflows, and annual Salesforce reviews Coordinate and assist in leading quarterly buying group meetings Monitor purchasing activity and generate Salesforce‑based reports on volume, pricing, and group performance Communicate product availability, promotions, and special programs to members and internal teams Support pricing discussions and group negotiations under management guidance Ensure compliance with group agreements, contracts, and policies Conduct outbound calling to introduce products, support onboarding, and provide account training Prepare and distribute newsletters, announcements, and group communications Manage sales administration tasks including marketing incentives and member updates within Salesforce Required Qualifications Salesforce & CRM Expertise Hands‑on Salesforce experience required (data management, reporting, account maintenance, onboarding) Experience working in quota‑based, CRM‑driven sales environments Experience & Education 2+ years in sales and administrative roles; manufacturing or building materials experience preferred 3+ years required in: Inside Sales Account Management Sales Administration Manufacturing environment Call center or phone‑based B2B sales experience preferred High school diploma or GED required Technical & Professional Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment Strong relationship‑building and customer service orientation Key Competencies Salesforce data accuracy and reporting Analytical thinking and problem‑solving Time management and task prioritization Cross‑functional collaboration Professional phone and email communication Compensation & Benefits $40,000 annual salary 401(k) with 4% company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee referral program
