Job Description

Transform Your Sales Skills Into Wellness Industry Growth Massage Envy Indian Trail is seeking a results-driven Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to combine sales expertise with team leadership in the growing wellness industry.
The Role:
You'll wear three hats:
Sales & Retention Expert:
Convert first-time guests into monthly members (15%+ conversion target); Member & Guest retention
Team Trainer:
Coach our front desk team to improve their conversion rates
Business Developer:
Build local partnerships to drive new guest traffic This is perfect for someone who: Has a proven sales background but wants part-time flexibility Enjoys coaching others to succeed Thrives in a results-oriented environment Wants to be part of the wellness/health industry
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Pay:
commensurate with experience Commission (performance-based) Growth bonuses
Schedule:
12-20 hours/week
Ideal Candidate Profile:
2+ years sales experience (retail, hospitality, fitness, or wellness preferred) Track record of exceeding sales targets Enjoys coaching and developing others Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter who can work independently Available weekends (Sat & Sun required) Why Massage Envy?
