About Us Travel Resorts of America (TRA) is a leader in membership-based camping and travel experiences, operating 11 premier resort destinations across multiple states. Since 1986, we have helped families create lasting memories through outdoor experiences and community. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Executive Resort Sales Representative to join our Upgrade Sales Division. This role involves working with qualified guests to present membership upgrade opportunities in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one sales presentations Communicate membership benefits and options Provide a professional guest experience Meet or exceed sales goals Participate in training programs Qualifications Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional demeanor Ability to pass background and drug screening Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday schedule Compensation & Benefits Uncapped earning potential (draw + commission) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) plan Ongoing training and development Equal Opportunity Employer Travel Resorts of America is an equal opportunity employer.
