Job Description
Job Description We are looking for a motivated and dependable Outside Sales Representative to help grow our residential maintenance businesses. This position focuses on building relationships with property managers, facility managers, general contractors, commercial and residential clients to secure maintenance contracts, service agreements, and bid opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with residents, business owners and decision makers, can generate leads, follow up consistently, and help expand long-term commercial accounts. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new residentail and commercial accounts Visit businesses and properties in person Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and contractors Obtain maintenance contracts and recurring service agreements Find and pursue bid opportunities Follow up on estimates and proposals Maintain communication with clients throughout projects Track leads and customer interactions Represent the company professionally in the field Preferred Experience Outside sales experience preferred Experience in construction, flooring, HVAC, landscaping, maintenance, or other blue-collar industries is a plus Comfortable with cold calling and in-person visits Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and organized Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pay $25-$35 per hour based on experience. Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift Work Location Field based / Local travel required Serving the Charlotte / Concord / Kannapolis area
