Job Summary Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and Saturdays Must be competitive and sales driven We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales growth and enhancing customer engagement through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in B2B environments, and will be skilled in negotiation and upselling techniques. Multilingual abilities are a plus, as this position involves interacting with a diverse clientele. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls and follow-up communications. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. Conduct high-end sales presentations and public speaking engagements to promote products and services. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies that drive inventory management and control. Support the dealership experience by understanding inventory levels and assisting in retail math calculations. Perform cold calling to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities for future reference. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales, preferably within the automobile industry. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Familiarity with sales management principles and practices. Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Experience in inventory management and control is advantageous. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are preferred but not required.
