Responsibilities Engage with customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and B2B sales channels to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, demonstrating features and benefits to prospective buyers with confidence and clarity Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership profitability while satisfying customer expectations Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies that attract diverse clientele, including multilingual communities Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships and promote dealership brand loyalty Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles preferred Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple clients simultaneously Bilingual or multilingual capabilities that enable effective communication with diverse customer groups Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math for accurate deal calculations and inventory control Exceptional customer service skills paired with outstanding public speaking and outbound sales techniques Knowledge of automotive industry trends, marketing strategies, and dealership operations including sales support functions Ability to excel in cold calling, B2B sales, and outbound outreach efforts while maintaining professionalism through phone etiquette Strong organizational skills coupled with a solid understanding of retail math and inventory control processes Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for cars meets your talent for sales!
