You will create opportunities and build trust with homeowners in storm-affected and aging-roof areas. This is a professional, face-to-face role where you will: Engage with homeowners to identify roofing needs Educate customers on damage, options, and next steps Schedule free inspections with experienced specialists Support homeowners through the insurance process Train weekly with leaders who want you to win

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

Sales Representative:

$6,000-$12,000 per month

Roofing Specialist:

$9,000-$18,000 per month

Sales Manager:
