Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish / English is needed At least 1-2 years of Inside Sales, Wireless, and / or Customer experience is a huge plus - willing to train! Excellent verbal and written communication skills A high school qualification or equivalent is required Flexible work hours. Ability to stay motivated during busy shifts and non-busy shifts. Basic mathematical skills.

Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Creating sales for new and existing customers Guiding the customer through the purchasing decision, activation process, and educating the customer on their purchase Providing solutions to customer issues Maintaining the visual appearance of your store Keeping current and knowledgeable on the rapidly evolving wireless industry Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
