Equipment Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing equipment dealership team. This position is responsible for selling a wide range of equipment including tractors, compact utility tractors, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, hay tools, turf equipment, utility vehicles, and used equipment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, building long-term customer relationships, and helping customers find the right equipment solutions for their property, farm, business, or construction needs. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting equipment that best fits their needs and budget Sell new and used tractors, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, turf products, utility vehicles, and hay tools Develop and maintain relationships with residential, agricultural, and commercial customers Follow up on sales leads, phone inquiries, and online requests Demonstrate equipment features, benefits, and operation to customers Maintain knowledge of current equipment models, promotions, financing options, and inventory Prepare quotes, sales paperwork, and financing documentation accurately Coordinate with parts and service departments to ensure excellent customer support Participate in dealership events, promotions, and community activities Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (equipment, automotive, agricultural, or retail sales is a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer and organizational skills Knowledge of tractors, farming, landscaping, construction, or outdoor equipment is preferred Valid driver's license required Ability to work scheduled business hours, including Saturday mornings Benefits Competitive pay structure with commission opportunities Paid vacation and holidays Health insurance options Retirement plan opportunities Ongoing product and sales training Opportunity for career growth within the dealership If you enjoy helping customers and have a passion for equipment sales, we would love to hear from you!

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
