Duties Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Conduct route driving to visit clients, ensuring timely delivery of products and excellent customer service Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain detailed knowledge of pricing structures, promotions, and product features to effectively communicate value propositions Organize and merchandise products on-site or in-store displays to attract customer attention and boost sales Handle heavy lifting when managing inventory, stock replenishment, or product setup as needed Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing schedules, route plans, and sales documentation efficiently Requirements Proven experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising preferred; military background is a plus for discipline and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is highly desirable Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and profit margins accurately Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members alike Ability to perform route driving confidently while adhering to safety regulations and traffic laws Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing physical tasks throughout the workday Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and effective merchandising practices Join us if you're ready to energize your career in a fast-paced environment where your drive makes a difference! $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
