Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising tasks to support store operations. Provide clear phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via digital communication channels. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Previous retail sales experience is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently.
