We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused On Your Lot New Homes Sales Consultant with a passion for helping individuals and families find their perfect home. Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with potential homebuyers, providing exceptional service throughout their homebuying journey. Become an expert on our new home offerings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property. Understand clients' needs, preferences, and budgets, then recommend homes that align with their goals. Conduct informative and engaging tours of model homes and communities, highlighting key selling points. Guide clients through the sales process, explaining contracts, pricing, and financing options. Provide ongoing support and assistance to buyers, answering questions and addressing concerns. Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor offerings. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions, contracts, and customer communications.
Additional Requirements:
OYL (On Your Lot) experience is required. Land, Construction, and/or Operations background preferred. Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation. Master at prospecting and generating new business opportunities. Strong, established relationships in the industry, especially with broker partners.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role (real estate sales experience is a plus). Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Client-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. A positive attitude and a professional appearance. Real estate licensing may be required depending on local regulations (we can assist with this).
