Exodus Heating & Air is building its founding sales team in Raleigh and the Triangle, and we're looking for three people willing to bet on themselves. This isn't just another sales job. WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a true outside sales, door-to-door role. You'll spend your afternoons and evenings meeting homeowners, knocking doors, starting conversations, and introducing them to our membership program. No gimmicks. No high-pressure tactics. No misleading sales scripts. Just honest conversations, genuine relationships, and the opportunity to earn trust one homeowner at a time.

HOW YOU'RE PAID

This is a 1099 commission only role with uncapped earning potential. You'll earn in multiple ways, including: Upfront commissions on every sale Ongoing residual income on memberships you sell Performance bonuses as you hit milestones Lead generation spiffs and incentives Sales contests and additional rewards for top performers

THE SCHEDULE

This isn't a 9 to 5. Your schedule is built around when homeowners are available, which means most of your conversations happen in the afternoons and evenings. Trainings and team huddles take place earlier in the day to set you up for success.
