Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an ADAS Calibration Technician & Territory Development Specialist dedicated to the Raleigh market! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of automotive technology, ensuring precise calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and driving growth within your territory. Your expertise will help elevate customer satisfaction by delivering top-tier calibration services while actively developing new business opportunities. This position offers a unique blend of technical mastery and strategic territory expansion, empowering you to make a significant impact in the automotive service industry. Duties Perform accurate calibration of ADAS components on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications. Utilize schematics, automotive diagnostics tools, and electrical systems knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex vehicle issues. Conduct vehicle maintenance and repair tasks, including wheel alignments, powertrain diagnostics, transmission servicing, and electrical system repairs. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service tools to execute repairs efficiently and safely. Develop and expand your territory by engaging with dealerships, collision shop operators, and customers to promote calibration services and build lasting relationships. Maintain detailed records of calibration procedures, repairs performed, and customer interactions to ensure quality control and accountability. Stay current with industry advancements in ADAS technology, automotive electrical systems, diesel engine repair, and auto estimating practices to provide expert guidance. Required Strong automotive technical aptitude ADAS calibration experience Automotive Diagnostic experience Self-starter who can operate independently in a remote-managed environment Reliable and organized Customer-friendly attitude and professional communication Valid driver's license with good driving record Comfortable working at customer locations and adapting to changing conditions Ability to lift 35 lbs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel within the Raleigh market area as needed.
