$22-$26/hour Position Summary The Business Development Associate supports growth of OIC Construction by identifying opportunities, assisting with proposals, and coordinating outreach and client engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities Track RFPs and bid opportunities across local, state, and federal platforms Assist in preparing proposals, bid packages, and capability statements Maintain the opportunity pipeline and CRM system Coordinate outreach with clients, partners, and stakeholders Schedule site visits, meetings, and business development events Support internal tools, including the RFP search engine pilot Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years in business development, sales support, marketing, or construction administration Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred (Optional) Skills Familiarity with CRM systems or pipeline tracking tools Interest in construction, real estate, or community development Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for research, writing, or workflow support Exposure to RFP tracking, bid analysis, or proposal development processes Comfortable learning and adopting new technology tools
