Job Description
Job Overview Staclean manufactures air pollution control equipment and distributes related accessories, primarily serving markets across the United States and its territories. Our sales office is based in Salisbury, North Carolina, with manufacturing operations located in nearby Rowan County. Staclean's Technology was originally developed and patented to enhance the effectiveness of industrial aur pollution systems and remains a core part of our product offering today. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for supporting sales activities within an assigned territory, primarily through direct customer communication by phone and email. This role focuses on maintaining customer relationships, processing orders, and assisting with equipment sales. While major capital equipment sales are typically led by the Sales Manager, this position plays a key role in supporting those efforts. This is an office-based position with minimal to no travel required. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. This role supports customers in industrial and manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and sales activities within an assigned territory Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product knowledge and solutions Conduct outbound outreach to existing customers and prospective clients to supports sales efforts Maintain and develop customer relationships through consistent communication Assist in identifying new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach Promote and sell pollution control equipment and related accessories Recommend additional products or solutions to support customer needs and account growth Assist the Sales Manager with larger sales opportunities as needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Develop product knowledge and apply it to recommended appropriate solutions Ongoing training is provided to ensure familiarity with product applications, internal systems, and customer accounts Skills and Qualifications Prior customer service, inside sales, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication skills (phone and email) Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems) Ability to learn technical products and apply knowledge to customer needs Highly organized with strong attention to detail
