LOCAL POSITION ONLY
• Role Description Dealership experience preferred! This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sanford, NC, for a Business Development Center Representative. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to build relationships, schedule appointments, and provide information about products and services. Responsibilities include maintaining a professional demeanor, effectively addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team to achieve and exceed business goals. The representative will play a key role in fostering customer loyalty and ensuring satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Phone Etiquette skills to handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and effectively. A commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction and an ability to build positive customer relationships. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and internal teams. Proficiency in Customer Service techniques to address inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer literacy for managing customer databases and communication tools. $3000/ monthly salary plus bonus.
