Job Description Identify and source new business opportunities across multiple product lines and target markets Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and networking Qualify leads, engage decision makers, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships Support trade shows, industry events, and marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities Coordinate with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Assist with product sampling, inventory coordination, and customer onboarding activities Communicate customer needs internally and help facilitate collaboration between commercial and technical teams Maintain accurate CRM data, reporting, and pipeline visibility MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
