Duties Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge. Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling, ensuring accuracy with retail math and cash drawer management. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed decisions. Upsell accessories, plans, and additional services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean, inviting, and well-maintained through effective merchandising. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments. Supervise or assist in supervising other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative environment. Experience Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery stores or electronics retail environments. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail store product knowledge. Experience with cashiering, retail math calculations, and cash drawer handling is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for effective bilingual customer interactions. Supervising experience or leadership roles are a plus but not required; enthusiasm for teamwork is key. Familiarity with merchandising techniques and stock management will help ensure the store remains attractive and organized.
