Comfort Keepers is a leading provider of in-home senior care, proudly serving the Upstate for over 20 years. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated professional to serve as both the first point of contact and trusted advisor for prospective clients and their families. Position Summary The Intake & External Care Coordinator plays a vital dual role—managing the client intake process from first inquiry to service start, while also conducting in-home consultations and building strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners. This position is essential in delivering seamless, compassionate, and professional client experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and families, responding to inquiries and gathering detailed care needs Conduct in-home and virtual care consultations; assess client needs and present customized care solutions Guide clients through the onboarding process, including completing documentation and obtaining necessary signatures Maintain and manage the referral pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads to active clients Create and maintain accurate client records, service plans, and documentation Collaborate with internal teams and referral partners to ensure clear communication and high-quality care delivery Identify and resolve issues using sound judgment and company policies Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support clients, caregivers, and new inquiries Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare, or related field OR 2+ years of sales, business development, or healthcare experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems Professional, positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively as part of a team
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
