Outside Sales Professional:

Conduct home and commercial site inspections and prepare customized proposals. Explain services to create and sell full-service solutions for customers. Prospect for new business, gather customer information, present solutions, and close sales. Establish new customer contacts, follow up on leads, and submit proposals. Participate in community activities to generate new leads. Respond promptly to all leads received via phone, email, and office mail. Maintain professionalism and respect customers' premises. Outside Sales Professional:

High School diploma or equivalent. Sales experience preferred but not required, in-home inspection/route experience preferred. Ability to use a ladder and perform physical tasks (lifting 20 lbs, climbing, crawling). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic math skills. Must be alert and work safely. Valid driver's license and minimum 18 years of age required. Must pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report.

Work Environment:
