Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Comfort Advisor - HVAC Sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, guiding customers through their comfort needs and offering tailored HVAC solutions. Your passion for sales combined with technical knowledge will drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Duties Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management, to generate new business opportunities. Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to educate residenmtial customers on HVAC systems and services. Manage existing accounts while developing new client relationships Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for targeted marketing efforts. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and service packages to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up with clients post-installation or service to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the HVAC or related industry. Strong customer service skills with a track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and account management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills essential for closing deals and building trust. Ability to analyze market trends, conduct product demos, and upsell additional services or products effectively. Prior experience in territory management, inside sales, retail sales, or cold calling is highly desirable.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
