Job Description

If you're a closer who performs best when the opportunity is real and the leads are warm, this role is worth your attention. Southern Turf Co is one of the fastest-growing artificial turf installation companies in the country. We're generating more demand than we can handle and are looking for a sales professional who can step in and convert qualified opportunities into completed projects. You won't be cold calling. You won't be chasing unqualified prospects. You'll be meeting with homeowners who are already interested and ready to move forward. What You'll Do Run in-home artificial turf estimates with pre-qualified homeowners Build trust and guide customers through the decision process Deliver clear, accurate proposals on the spot Manage sold projects from start to completion Follow up and manage your pipeline effectively Appointments typically last 60-120 minutes and are scheduled for you (8-12 per week) What We Provide Qualified, inbound leads (no cold outreach) Proven sales process and training Ongoing coaching and development Flexible schedule with control over your availability High-performing, growth-focused team Who This Is For You're confident in your ability to close You take ownership of your results You're comfortable working in a performance-based role You enjoy meeting new people and working outdoors You want to be in a fast-growing company with real opportunity Compensation Commission + draw against commission Average job size varies by project Top performers earn $100K-$150K+ Consistent pipeline of company-provided opportunities Next Step If this sounds like the kind of opportunity you've been looking for, apply now.
