Overview We're seeking a highly motivated, experienced roofing sales professional who thrives on one-call close sales. You'll be meeting with homeowners, inspecting roofs, presenting solutions, and closing deals—all in a single visit. If you're confident, persuasive, and know how to turn leads into contracts, we want to hear from you. Duties Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed assessments. Deliver compelling in-home sales presentations. Build strong relationships with homeowners. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectively to close deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Coordinate with the production team for smooth project delivery. Utilize CRM software such as Service Titan to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless account management. Requirements 3 + years of proven experience in roofing sales (required) Strong one-call close ability Familiarity with CRM software such as Service Titan for lead tracking and account management. Exceptional communication skills for product demos, presentations, and negotiations. Self-motivated and results-oriented mentality Ability to climb ladders to inspect roofs Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits A competitive compensation package: Base pay + commission with the earning potential of $250k + Health, Vision and Dental Company truck and gas card PTO Uniforms Company-provided technology including iPad, DJI drone, & software licenses.
