Agassiz Drain Tile Sales Representative - Account Manager Position Overview This position is responsible for driving Drain Tile sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring coordination between customers and operational teams. This role combines field sales, account management, and administrative duties, all of which require excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills. Agassiz Drain Tile also offers various opportunities for bonus programs to promote business development. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by responding to inquiries, providing service information, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, and cold calls to expand our market presence. Prepare and present quotes, contracts, and estimates; negotiate pricing and terms; and collect deposits and final payments. Collaborate with operations, project managers, and installation crews to ensure projects are accurately executed and meet customer expectations. Represent Agassiz Drain Tile at trade shows, marketing events, and meetings, while supporting developmental initiatives. Maintain accurate sales reports, manage company resources responsibly, and ensure vehicles and tools are in good working condition. Requirements Proven experience in sales or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to understand our company's services, sales processes, and industry standards. Demonstrated ability in business development, warm calling, and closing deals effectively. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and related software tools. Experience in sales or selling complex products/services is highly desirable. High School diploma or equivalent Must maintain a clean driving record and pass all required testing. Experience in agricultural industries preferred.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
