Job Description

INSIDE SALES/ FRONT COUNTER SALES
Northwest Tire is a local regionally owned company who has been in business for over 47 years with experience in the automotive, commercial, and wholesale tires, and repair work. We have 29 locations serving the upper Midwest. We are now hiring positions in passenger & light truck tires, commercial and truck & farm tires and in wholesale distribution. Tires are not our only specialty. We do general automotive & light truck repairs such as tire rotation, tire purchasing, oil & lube services, general repair on commercial medium trucks such as brakes, alignments, farm service calls, wheels, and rims. We have a wholesale division as well. We employee over 300 employees Retail Commercial centers (Automotive and Light Trucks) Commercial Truck and Farm Centers (Implement and Off the road tires - OTR) Wholesale distribution warehouses Bandag Retread Truck Tire manufacturing centers Applicant will be responsible for customer sales and service. Good people and basic computer skills are essential. Candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, willing to learn the products we sell, and able to follow instructions. We hire smart, talented individuals interested in advancement. Sales experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Willingness to learn the features and benefits of our product so they can inform our customers of the best choices of tires to purchase. Must be a team player.
