1 days ago Job Description TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is a growing company representing Volvo Construction Equipment, along with being the Servicing Dealer for multiple other product lines that support the On Highway, Construction and Agriculture Industry. Due to growth, we are currently looking to hire a Heavy Equipment Sales Rep for Williston. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with heavy construction equipment. The Outside Heavy Equipment Sales Rep will: Establish and maintain strong client connections with given sales territory. Travel within a designated territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with current and prospective customers. Achieve or surpass sales targets through effective selling strategies. Create and implement a successful sales strategy to increase sales. Maintain precise records of all leads, customer accounts and sales. Stay up to date on industry advancements by attending meetings, training sessions, and events. Collaborate closely with sakes coordinator to prepare paperwork for potential sales. Monitor customer equipment quality throughout the machines lifetime and recommends replacement options as needed. Handles incoming leads. Committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to lift 70 pounds and load/unload equipment as needed. Ability to navigate customer expectations. Detail oriented. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
