Job Description

Capex Oilfield Services is a privately owned company providing rental equipment, service and support to the energy industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative who will be responsible for the sales and marketing of our fleet of drilling equipment rentals and include but will not be limited to the following:
Sales:
Promoting the Capex brand by maintaining relationships with existing customers and working to develop new accounts. Assist in the development and evolution of all customer contracts, rental agreements, and job quote packages. Completing sales reports, obtaining, and creating market analysis reports, documenting opportunities and potential revenues. Building quotes and completing RFP's in a timely manner as needed for customers. Determining customer requirements, increasing equipment utilization, and lowering DTB rates.
Marketing:
Marketing the Capex brand as required. Enhancing our social media and on-line presence; develop marketing initiatives. Attending, coordinating and planning expo visits and industry events as deemed fit by the company. Contributing to the development of the Capex marketing plan and establishing strategies and measurement tactics to track measurable progress. Management Organizing and assisting operations in the delivery of equipment, materials, and manpower. Providing support to the operations team as required. Spending adequate time on-site to ensure objectives are being met. Acting as a point of contact and effectively handling customers' individual needs. concerns and requests. Conducting and leading all regularly scheduled sales calls, meetings and initiatives.
Leadership:
Building relationships with other team members. Develop, evaluate, mentor and motivate other team members. Foster a positive, collaborative environment. Assisting with building a high performing team and being a sales leader. Working in a team environment with other branches and team members. Enhancing our customer experience and actively.
