A Field Sales Representative represents and sells products or services on behalf of a company. Visits customers and completes sales in person. Recruits new customers, presents information to demonstrate product value and persuade buyers, negotiates prices, confirms sales agreements, and works to meet company sales goals. Managers long term customer accounts and replenishes orders; may provide product maintenance.
WISCO Trucking This role is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients while having solid understanding of drilling/completions, rental equipment, and water hauling services. The position requires extensive travel between Wyoming, North Dakota, and Colorado, with significant time spent out in the field. Essential Duties 1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including oil and gas companies, drilling contractors, and service providers. 3. Conduct regular site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. 4. Provide expert knowledge on drilling/completions processes, rental equipment, and water hauling services. 5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements. 6. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, seeking feedback to improve service quality. 7. Perform all other duties as assigned by management personnel. 8. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in drilling/completions and rental equipment and water hauling. Experience /
Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 3. Willingness to travel extensively between ND, WY, and CO. 4. Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. 5. Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to the challenging environment oilfield locations. 6. Must meet substance abuse screening requirement. 7. Is willing and able to work overtime, shift work, rotating schedules, irregular hours, nights, weekends, and / or holidays as business needs may require. 8. Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities in position. 9. Must pass pre-employment physical. 10. Required safety training must be current.
