Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions through effective communication. Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities. Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services. Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines accurately. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive brand image. Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and maximize sales conversions. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities. Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or warm calling techniques to engage prospects proactively. Knowledge of business development strategies and marketing principles to support sales growth. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
