Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities include: Building rapport with a variety of customers and determining their vehicle needs Comprehensive product knowledge Managing effective customer test drives Completing quotes and explaining finance options Be able to complete a car deal from start to finish under the direction of the sales manager Following up with prospective and existing customers

Automotive Sales Associate Qualifications:

Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and presentation skills Personal commitment to a career in the auto industry An outgoing, friendly personality with expertise at developing relationships Basic Microsoft Office knowledge as well as computer software and internet proficiency The ability to ask for the sale and follow through A valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to behave effectively on a team Ability to follow processes and directions

Compensation:

This is a base salary + commission position with more than average compensation
